The new Lamps 4 Life warranty program will eliminate the need to purchase new lamps each time a replacement is needed for any new BOXLIGHT Seattle Series, Interactive, or MP Series projector. A one time membership will guarantee a lifetime of lamp exchanges for the BOXLIGHT customer.MUST BE PURCHASED AT TIME OF BOXLIGHT PROJECTOR PURCHASE.
When a lamp is claimed, the failed lamp will be shipped in by the customer to Boxlight Service. When the defective lamp is received a separate PN# designating the program will be used to ship a serialized lamp out to the customer. Customer pays shipping. This same lamp must be received for their second exchange and so forth. The serialized exchange lamps will be linked to the projector SN# enrolled in the L4L program. Prior to exchange of third lamp within “Lamps 4 Life”, BOXLIGHT will require an evaluation of the projector. This is to ensure premature failure is not a result of any other failed component and to provide any necessary cleaning of the equipment. Please also be aware excessive lamp use of more than 12 hours a day will void “Lamps 4 Life” warranty. If projector is used in a smoke filled or other high pollutant environment, the projector must be equipped and operated with a harsh environment filter to be eligible for “Lamps 4 Life”.
